From launching his first YouTube channel at 9 to earning awards and attracting his first clients, Tom's digital creation journey took a pivotal turn when he left business school to run his marketing agency. Realizing the gap between traditional marketing and the ethical, effective strategies needed in coaching, Tom pivoted to coaching, armed with insights from years of being coached and learning from legends like Chris Do and educational innovators like simpleclub.
Dissatisfied with traditional approaches that often compromise ethics or effectiveness, Tom developed the Honest Marketing Framework — a 6-week process setting coahes up for building thriving careers, wealthy lives and thriving buinesses. Beyond teaching at Columbia NYC & Freiburg University, Tom saw a need for a community where a goog learning climate, hands on know-how and networking are provided, without the distractions of the busy digital world.
